We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time. - Shipping Policy
- To keep our costs low (and thus pass the savings onto you), some of our products will ship directly from the manufacturer, typically arriving in under a week. Occasionally out-of-stock or special-order items will ship directly from Asia and will take 7-15 days depending on their destination. Most products will ship from Cleveland, OH.
We will always attempt to find the best shipping rate available for you. Refer to the zone chart below to find an estimate of the Ground Shipping transit time to your area. This is an estimate only and we we do not guarantee shipping times.
Once you've placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you another email confirmation notifying you that your order is on its way, and provide you with the shipping company's tracking number.
Shipping calculations are estimates, may not be 100% accurate, and are not guaranteed at time of checkout. If the actual shipping cost is 15% or more over the estimated cost, we will contact you to confirm the rate. Most orders will be shipped UPS; however, under special circumstances we may use Fedex or USPS.

For shipping to any other location, or for expedited shipping, please email us for a rate. We can ship overnight, second-day and to most other locations in the world.
Most orders received will ship the next or second day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. - Return Policy
- We accept returns or exchange within 7 days of arrival. Returning non-defective item(s) is subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are not responsible for return shipping and handling cost. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Inspect the package with the driver when you receive it. If in the rare case that packages were damaged during transit, please have the driver make a damage note, then report to us with a photograph of the damage within 3 days of arrival. Please keep damaged items in the original packing box. We will file a damage claim with the carrier and send you new replacement or issue refund after they examine the damaged items and approve the claim.
Any shortage or missing items must be reported within 3 days of order arrival date.
Please use Contact Us form or email us at support@homeasiandecor.com for return and exchange or reporting lost and damaged packages. We will respond to your request and advise you how to process the claim.
